In last month’s newsletter I wrote about a trip to Annapolis that was only complete with a trip to McGarvey’s for a pint. If you haven’t been to Annapolis, make a special trip, and when there, be sure to stop by McGarvey’s in Market Space, right in the center of downtown. McGarvey’s Saloon and Oyster Bar has been an Annapolis staple for over 45 years. They offer the freshest seafood and a great bar menu in a friendly atmosphere. Turn off your phone and strike up a conversation with the person next to you, likely a Annapolitan or a Midshipmen. For the pint, try their very own Aviator lager.
