Buy Back Guarantee

  1. Client must execute a valid VIP Agreement with The Slavis Group to purchase another home.
  2. Client and The Slavis Group must agree on Purchase Price and terms of sale.
  3. Sale is subject to a Purchase Contract executed between client and The Slavis Group.
  4. The Slavis Group reserves the right to have end-buyer be third party investor secured by The Slavis Group.
  5. Only valid on single family homes, townhomes, and condos (no manufactured, trailers, or land).
  6. Applies only to the listing commission paid to The Slavis Group. Sellers are still responsible for paying the commission to the buyer/coop agent.
  7. Guarantee good for two years from the date of settlement.
