The Most Festive Day in Mt. Pleasant: Art, Gifts, Crafts & Santa on Dec. 14

Mt. Pleasant is about to shine even brighter this holiday season. On Sunday, December 14, the annual Make It! Mt. Pleasant Holiday Market returns to Lamont Plaza on Mt. Pleasant Street from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is shaping up to be one of the most festive community events of the season.

This beloved community celebration will feature more than 70 artists, authors, and artisans, offering an incredible opportunity to shop small, support local talent, and discover unique gifts just in time for the holidays. From handmade jewelry and original artwork to books, ceramics, and specialty crafts, every booth brings something special.

But the Make It! Market isn’t just about shopping, it’s about connection and giving back. Families can stop by the craft table to make holiday cards for hospitalized children, spreading love and cheer to those who need it most.

Best of all? The entire event is free and open to everyone. Whether you're shopping for gifts, enjoying festive activities, or simply soaking in the warm neighborhood spirit, this is a perfect way to spend a Sunday in Mt. Pleasant.
